Our Progam
EastBaton RougeAccelerationAcademy
provides a 9th—12th grade alternative school program for students who are two or
more years behind their peers academically.The goal of the program is to prepare
students in an educational setting that best meets their needs and aspirations,
while working to recover academic deficiencies to graduate.Students are able to obtain graduation
status at an accelerated pace.The
program values the importance of addressing the intellectual and social needs of
the whole student in a safe and caring environment that encourages academic
achievement, personal growth, and a sense of civic
responsibility.
Our
students and their parents know that earning a high school diploma is the
foundation for a brighter future.The EastBaton RougeAccelerationAcademy staff is devoted to helping
students achieve their goal of earning a high school diploma by providing a
unique, adaptable educational environment.
